Vyno aromate dominuoja sunokę geltoni vaisiai (obuolys, kriaušė, persikas) ir brioche bandelės natos. Burnoje gaivaus ir subalansuoto skonio. Vynuogės auginamos molingame sąnašiniame dirvožemyje skirtinguose Entre-deux-Mers ploteliuose. Derlius surenkamas rankomis. Po pirmos fermentacijos vynas 11 mėn. brandinamas su mielių nuosėdomis. Vynas tinka kaip aperityvas, taip pat prie baltos mėsos patiekalų, vaisių salotų.
